Abstracts & Full Papers

Authors must use the following template files and platforms for Abstracts and Full Papers submissions.
Registration fee guarantees up to two full papers per delegate or student.

Those interested in participating in the CINPAR 2026 conference must register on the following platform (please note that the registration platform is separate from the paper submission platform; therefore, when the new platform opens, you will need to complete a new registration):

The registration fee includes:
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Presentation/publication up to two full papers per delegate or student
  • Lunches and coffee breaks
  • One admission to the welcome reception
  • One admission to the conference banquet
  • Publication of full papers in the CINPAR proceedings

​Note: delegates/students unable to attend may request a refund before 30th April 2025. A 100 EUR fee to cover administration costs will be charged. After this date, no refund will be made.

Special Issues

Special Issues will be organised with selected papers presented at CINPAR 2026.
​The following journals have accepted to organise such Special Issues, in which selected papers will be subjected to a regular peer-review process:
